Platform Feature Requests

A seamless way for users to be onboarded to the platform. Will include masking sure the platform has the correct information to setup the account, providing users a quick tour of features available and a 10 minute membership setup course for premium members.

AIXR is moving to a ticket based system for all incoming support and member requests. The platform will allow members to submit support requests and view any past tickets based on our hubspot api integration.
